Care Connection Partners was born out of deeply personal experiences and, at its heart, lies family.
Deborah’s son, Maxwell, endured two devastating brain injuries as a child, while her mother, Tres, suffered a severe stroke, and great niece Eliza was born with cerebral palsy. They required intensive, compassionate care to meet their needs.
Experiencing first-hand the gaps and inconsistencies in the system, Deborah was determined to make a difference and improve the services offered.
Her mission – to create a company that would raise standards across the care sector by ensuring the highest quality of support was delivered to care homes and care settings.
While some of our team are related by blood, our whole wider team is one big family and our family roots remain our strongest asset.
