Care Connection Partners celebrates national award shortlisting
Date 10 November 2025
We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for a major national award!
We were one of six shortlisted finalists in the staffing section of the Supplier of the Year category at the National Care Awards 2025.
Known as the Oscars of health and social care, the awards are the largest of their kind recognising excellence across the UK care sector.
Our #feelthelove ethos, which underpins every element of our business once again reached a national audience at the ceremony in London and we’ll continue to keep living and breathing that message.
Congratulations to winners Neuven Solutions and to our fellow category finalists, A2H Solutions, Care Hires, Domus Recruitment and Flourish.

Deborah Stock, our Founder and Managing Director, said: “I have never been prouder of our team and we had a fantastic night alongside so many other amazing individuals and businesses.
“It’s the first time we’ve entered these awards and we’re honoured to have been selected as a finalist.
“Too often, recruitment agencies are seen as transactional – plug the gap, send the invoice, move on. But care isn’t transactional. It’s human. It’s about trust and dignity.
“We believe listening changes everything. Listening to our carers, to our partners and to the people who receive care. Listening not just to respond, but to understand.
“We’ve learned that when people feel heard, they feel valued, and when they feel valued, they care more deeply – not because they have to, but because they want to.
“That’s the heart of our #feelthelove ethos. This isn’t a slogan – it’s how we work – and we’re all on the same page.”
We share our #feelthelove approach with all our partners, staff and our wider team every day.
We recently held two drop-in surgeries for current staff and partners to meet our team, ask questions and share feedback in an open and honest safe space.
As part of our ongoing work to change perceptions of healthcare recruitment agencies, the surgeries helped to build on our existing strong relationships, learn what we could do better and celebrate what we do well.
Deborah added: “The recognition from becoming a finalist at the National Care Awards tells me something important – that others see the value in this approach too and that the perception of recruitment agencies in care can change.
“This is what we believe and I’ll keep saying it until everyone else believes it too!
“By listening, collaborating and focusing on care as a shared responsibility, recruitment agencies can be part of the solution.
“We can make care stronger, more sustainable and more compassionate – but only if we do it together.
“I’d like to thank our incredible team for being the heartbeat of our whole business, our carers for their kindness and professionalism, and to our partners for trusting us.
“Together, let’s keep raising the bar, let’s keep listening and let’s keep collaborating.”
