Care Connection Partners crowned winners at prestigious national awards
Date 7 May 2025
Care Connection Partners has scooped a national award in recognition of our work.
We have won the Best for Recruitment, Training, Retention and Motivation award at the prestigious Care Sector Supplier Awards, held at the London Marriott Hotel in Canary Wharf, London.
The awards aim to seek out the best providers of products and services to the care sector in the UK. We were one of five companies shortlisted in this category and the only healthcare recruitment agency to be shortlisted for the awards in the country.
It comes after we won the Growth Award at the Hull and East Yorkshire (HEY) Business Awards last November.

Our Founder and Managing Director Deborah Stock said: “I’m overwhelmed with excitement for us to be recognised nationally for the work we do. I was really shocked when we were announced as the winner.
“This is the culmination of some amazing minds who share a passion for getting healthcare recruitment right.
“Nothing works on its own and without everyone else in the team. I came up with the idea for our business but I can’t execute it on my own, and they share the same passion, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
“This is testament to all their hard work, not mine, and I’m incredibly proud of the whole team.”
Deborah was inspired to set up Care Connection Partners after her son, Maxwell, now 18, suffered two catastrophic brain injuries in two separate accidents, and her mother, Tres, suffered a serious stroke, which meant they both required care.

Having witnessed, first hand, how care should not be delivered, Care Connection Partners was born and has continued to go from strength-to-strength.
Our business is based on its #feelthelove ethos, which underpins every element of the company to drive the team in providing the best care possible, setting us apart in the industry.
Care providers and carers provided testimonials about working with us as supporting evidence in the awards entry. The judges recognised how those who work for us act as an extension of our partners’ teams while also providing the most comprehensive training in the sector.
Deborah said: “It’s one thing to be recognised for growth but to be recognised for the four areas we pride ourselves on is incredible. and means the world.
“Recruitment and training are critical in our sector, and we work hard to ensure everyone we employ has the correct training and certifications.

“Consistency in retention is key, as we ensure we send the same people to healthcare settings where they fit seamlessly into our partners’ teams.
“Motivation is what I do in ensuring our team remain motivated and I remind them of our #feelthelove ethos. We employ people with the same passion for care that we have.”
The Care Sector Supplier Awards also provided us with an ideal opportunity for networking within the care sector, including with representatives from Care2Connect, an experienced and trusted home care provider in West Sussex.
