Care Connection Partners honoured at prestigious awards ceremony

Care Connection Partners have been recognised at one of the biggest business awards ceremonies in East Yorkshire.

We were absolutely delighted to be crowned winners of the Growth Award at the Hull and East Yorkshire (HEY) Business Awards.

Hosted by actor and impressionist Debra Stephenson, the glittering ceremony took place at Hull’s DoubleTree by Hilton Hull and was attended by more than 400 people, including leading figures in business and politics from across the region.

The growth accolade reflects our success after being founded by Managing Director Deborah Stock in February 2021.

 

Since then, Deborah has built our team, which prides itself on going above and beyond to provide exceptional agency staff to care settings.

Driven by Deborah’s inspirational leadership, we’ve enjoyed incredible growth and now, as part of Care Connection Group, have an expected turnover of over £5million this year.

Our entry for the Growth Award focused on the fact our growth and success are based on an unwavering passion to make a positive difference to the lives of those who need help, rather than for financial gain.

It highlighted that the team abides by our motto of #feelthelove to ensure we deliver the best, most personal service possible. It is much more than a hashtag to use on social media, it underpins everything we do.

Deborah said: “At the start of Care Connection Partners, I sat in a tiny office with a desk and a laptop and decided I was going to do this properly – no sales tricks, no overselling, no lying to staff and no corners cut but instead a genuine, authentic love for making sure we were a real support for our clients.

 

“Listening to the needs of their service users and making sure that we knew exactly what our clients looked for in their teams was essential.

“Building a team around me who appreciate #feelthelove was tough but so rewarding, and this award for growth literally proves the road to success isn’t about cutting corners or cutting service levels but instead making sure we’re an extension of our clients.

“They can absolutely trust that we will send in well-trained, competent, committed, excellent team players who’ve also been looked after and nurtured to be ambassadors for us.

“The award for us is proof that partnering, authenticity and working with and listening to our registered managers and staff to ensure we all #feelthelove is the key to our growth.”
