Describe the specific training you’ve had from Care Connection Partners and what it has involved.
The training I received was comprehensive and tailored to the specific demands of the care sector.
It involved a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills, covering topics such as personal care, safeguarding, health and safety regulations, manual handling, infection control and understanding client-specific needs.
We also had in-depth sessions on effective communication, conflict resolution and team collaboration, ensuring we were well-prepared for the emotional and physical challenges of the job.
How would you describe the level and quality of training you’ve received from Care Connection Partners?
It was exceptional. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and approachable, and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every aspect of the job was understood.
The training was detailed and practical, making it easier to apply directly in the field.
The focus on both technical skills and empathy in care gave me a well-rounded foundation for the role.
In your experience, how does it compare in the sector?
Based on my experience, the training provided by Care Connection Partners is among the best in the sector.
Compared to colleagues who have trained with other providers, I feel our training was more thorough and personalised.
Care Connection Partners emphasise not just the ‘what’ but also the ‘why’ behind each procedure, which has given me deeper insights into providing high-quality care.
How capable and confident do you feel working in the sector with Care Connection Partners?
I feel extremely capable and confident in my role after completing my training.
The combination of practical experience and solid theoretical understanding has given me the tools to handle various situations with confidence, from providing personal care to dealing with emergencies.
I feel prepared to deliver compassionate and effective care, knowing I’ve been trained to a high standard that equips me to meet the needs of my clients with professionalism and empathy.
How does it feel to be a part of the wider Care Connection Partners team?
I absolutely love it!
They go out of their way to make you feel part of their team. They also put a lot of effort into making sure they place the right carer with the right client, which is really important.
Their commitment to ongoing learning stands out too, with opportunities for continuous professional development which I really appreciate.
