Describe the specific training you’ve had from Care Connection Partners and what it has involved.

The training I’ve had has included moving and handling with the use of a hoist.

This involves using a mechanical device and a sling to safely move and transfer individuals with limited mobility to safe places.

It’s been really informative and useful.

 

How would you describe the level and quality of training you’ve received from Care Connection Partners?

The expert level of training I’ve received from Care Connection partners means I’m now confident I have the necessary skills and knowledge I need to provide safe, effective and compassionate care to clients.

 

In your experience, how does it compare in the sector?

The training is crucial for both the safety and wellbeing of the individual receiving care, as well as the care staff who are assisting them.

I believe it’s the best in the sector.

 

How capable and confident do you feel working in the sector with Care Connection Partners?

With the level of training and experience I’ve gained gained over the years, I’m better equipped to provide high quality care, handle challenging situations and keep a positive mind towards the services I provide as a carer.

 

How does it feel to be a part of the wider Care Connection Partners team?

It feels great to be part of such a successful care agency.

I’m not just a worker to my employer but also part of a family that looks out for each other and cares about your welfare while carrying out your assigned duties.
