Christmas hampers bring festive cheer to care home residents and staff

We’re feeling very festive in the Care Connection Partners office!
Our Christmas hampers are helping to create lots of smiles at dozens of care homes and settings across Yorkshire, bringing joy to residents and staff.
Efe, our #feelthelove ambassador, is the star of the show in this year’s hampers.
This very special bear is wearing a branded t-shirt complete with a QR code, which can be scanned to reveal his story, the role he plays and the reason behind his name.

The hampers also contain a Care Connection Partners mug, notebook, pens, a Christmas bauble, a calendar, a bottle of wine or Cava and a keyring including our therapy dog, Martha.
Beth MacLeod-Birch, our Office Manager, said: “The hampers have been so well-received by everyone so far and it’s lovely to see the smiles when we hand them over.
“We wanted those smiles to extend beyond Christmas this year and Efe will help to achieve that, as residents and staff can give him a hug all year round.
“We share our #feelthelove message with everyone we work with and the impact Efe will have is really special because he is the epitome of that ethos.
“We’re hoping our partners and their residents will take pictures of Efe and tag us on social media, so we can follow his adventures and see the difference he is making.
“We wish all of our wonderful partners, their residents and all staff a very Merry Christmas.”
