To guarantee the best possible level of care, we ensure that all staff we recruit are fully trained (including practical training) and competency is tested. All Care and Support workers appointed are briefed fully on what to expect at any given care facility they may be sent to.
We offer competitive rates of pay plus all statutory holiday allowance, and travel is fully paid if you have to travel out of area. You are backed by a team that will work with you to make sure that you are placed in the most appropriate posts for your skill set and personality.
As we are an agency in partnership, we operate with emergency (immediate), interim and long term placements, dependent on the needs of the client. We have a large (and growing) number of facilities on our client list, all of which are looking for the right candidates to support them. But the partnering philosophy is not just about our clients and service users – its about our staff! We recognise that without your expertise, knowledge, loyalty and great work ethic, we cannot provide the service we want to, to our clients and with that in mind, your consultants will listen to your needs and requirements and do everything we can to make sure you are happy in your work!
