Dannielle King, our Bookings Manager
Tell us about your role and what it involves
I’m responsible for all bookings that come into the business from all over the UK and I allocate appropriate staff while managing the bookings team.
I make decisions on where staff are best-placed. I know which care homes they’re at and what roles they’re carrying out at all times.
I get to know them all, so I can make sure they seamlessly fit into our clients’ teams based on their skills and knowledge.
My role also involves managing continued positive relationships with our partners and staff across the business.
What’s the best thing about your job and why?
I love building strong relationships with staff and partners, knowing they trust me. I feel really proud and confident in my role, and I love being part of the office family.
Why do you love being part of the Care Connection Partners team?
Working as part of the Care Connection Partners team doesn’t feel like I’m clock-watching in an office and we support each other.
I’m so proud to work for this business. I was there when we worked from a little office and we were much smaller, so to be part of that growth and progress is amazing.
What does #feelthelove mean to you?
It means communication at all times. My role involves feeding information back to the team from clients and staff, so we’re all on the same page.
I speak to our partners daily and I know which staff certain care homes prefer. That’s us feeling the love and listening, not just putting someone in to get the job covered so I can leave at 5pm.
We all care so much and we all treat it as though it’s our own business.
Tell us something about yourself which people may not know.
I have two sons, Rueben and Jude, and I’m a very proud mum. Reuben was born prematurely at 24 weeks and we spent a lot of time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), so I’ve seen how important care is.
It’s an honour to work in this business where care matters so much.
