Meet the Team with Heather Jones

Heather Jones is the Business Development Manager at our new Coventry branch and is the latest member of the Care Connection Partners family to feature in our regular Meet the Team Q&A feature.
Heather is the sister of our Founder and Managing Director, Deborah Stock, and has taken on her new role after working as our Recruitment and Compliance Manager since August 2024.

Tell us about your role and what it involves
I contact new partners and get them on board, building strong and trusted relationships with them and get to know their teams.
I share what Care Connection Partners is about and how we’re different to other agencies. It’s also really important to understand how partners’ teams work and look at how we can complement and support them.
I’ve also been training our new Recruitment and Compliance Manager, Holly Richards, and showing her the ins and outs of that role as she settles in.
What’s the best thing about your job and why?
Coventry is where Deborah and I grew up, so being able to build relationships here is important to me.
The team across the wider business is great and they’ve been brilliant in supporting me as I learn my new role.
Why do you love being part of the Care Connection Partners team?
It’s my family and I want to support my sister. I love the ethos that we love as well as care.
It’s something we truly believe in and we want to ensure the service we deliver is done properly. We’re all on the same page.
What does #feelthelove mean to you?
It means making sure we care with all our hearts, do the right thing by our partners and make sure we’re there for them and each other.
Tell us something about yourself which people may not know.
I was a hairdresser for 35 years and worked in a mobile capacity as well as having my own shop for six years.
