Meet the team with Nathan Glanville-Houghton
Date 16 February 2025
The latest in our Meet the Team Q&As is our Business Development Manager, Nathan Glanville-Houghton, who has been part of the Care Connection Partners team since August 2024.
Nathan works in our fabulous Sales Team and couldn’t wait to tell us about his job and what it means to him.

Nathan Glanville-Houghton.
Tell us about your role and what it involves
My role is to go out, represent the business and bring in new clients, which includes telephone calls, emails and, most importantly, face-to-face meetings.
I’ve worked in the care sector for six years, including three years in recruitment and three years as a team leader and deputy manager in a dementia home.
My current role is a lot to do with building strong relationships, which I love.
What’s the best thing about your job and why?
Representing a company which genuinely puts their heart and soul into what they do. All of the jobs I’ve done have been great but we approach things differently here. It’s all about the clients and the staff.
I have such confidence in our team and the services we offer to providers, I can walk into any care home and have these conversations.
Why do you love being part of the Care Connection Partners team?
We’re very well respected by Deborah, our Founder and Managing Director, and everyone is so approachable. I still pinch myself about working here because it’s so different.
I can’t wait to get up each day and come to work. I don’t have those “I can’t be bothered” days and it’s such a nice, welcoming environment.
What does #feelthelove mean to you?
#feelthelove is what we’re built on. Without that, we wouldn’t have such a positive reputation.
It’s a warm feeling to know that whether you’re a carer out in the field, you’re the Managing Director or part of the team, we’re all equal and we work together rather than working for a particular person.
Tell us something about yourself which people may not know.
I spent a lot of years in and out of children’s homes and pupil referral units and I’ve always had a strong desire to give back.
At Care Connection Partners, I have the opportunity to do that because it’s not all about profit and it’s about providing a good quality service. It’s a very rewarding job and we are giving something back.
