Meet the team with Savannah Stock

Our Bookings Coordinator Savannah Stock is the latest of our team members to feature in our regular Meet the Team Q&A.

Savannah joined Care Connection Partners in March 2024 and is an integral part of our family.

 

Tell us about your role and what it involves

I work alongside Dannielle, our Bookings Manager, and James, our Business Development Manager, to assign staff to shifts. I look at their experience, certificates and qualifications, and ensure they’re placed in the most appropriate homes.

I also liaise with clients and make sure they’re happy with the service we’re providing.

 

What’s the best thing about your job and why?

I love building relationships with everyone I work with because you become friends and understand each other. I enjoy playing my part in ensuring successful outcomes and solutions for our clients and staff.

 

Why do you love being part of the Care Connection Partners team?

This isn’t like any other workplace I’ve been in before and every day is an exciting business day. It can be stressful, like any job, but we’re so close as a team and we work together to find solutions.

We all have separate job roles but we all know how to do each other’s jobs, so we can all step in and support each other if needed. This ensures our clients receive 100% all the time, which is non-negotiable to us.

 

What does #feelthelove mean to you?

It’s in everything we do, from how we treat and communicate with our staff to how we treat each other as colleagues.

We take time to get to know everyone who works for us, so we know where they’re best placed and where they’re happy working.

 

Tell us something about yourself which people may not know.

I used to work with horses in a livery yard when I was younger. I helped with mucking out and supported people who were learning to ride, which meant I could also have free lessons!
