Award-winning Care Connection Partners is proud to work with a life-changing charity which provides support to adults with profound learning and physical disabilities.
Established in 1986, The Wilf Ward Family Trust provides more than 70 residential and supported living services across Yorkshire, enabling adults they help to thrive in safe and homely environments through personalised support and active involvement in the community.
We’re now providing highly skilled support workers who are specifically trained to meet the needs of adults supported by The Wilf Ward Family Trust.
The support workers enable the adults they work with to go shopping, cook, navigate transport and much more every day, enhancing and enriching their lives.
