All staff receive training in our dedicated training suite at our head office, with competencies addressed, as soon as they join our team.
Our sister company, My Caring Ltd, is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Provider, and our recruitment and training processes follow the same rigorous CQC standards.
Training includes, but is not limited to, full mandatory care. Both online and practical modules are provided by our in-house ‘Train the Trainer’ qualified Registered Manager.
Yearly updates and refresher training is undertaken regularly by all staff to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date, which is monitored by our compliance team.
We work with our long-term partners to offer shadow shifts to new starters, guaranteeing all staff are compliant and understand the training provided.
For those who wish to further their career in care, we offer more in-depth training programmes to enhance their knowledge base and experience. These can be tailored to develop individual skill sets and abilities.
