Sponsorship for cheerleaders ahead of major USA competition
Date 24 October 2025
We’re delighted to sponsor a Hull cheerleader who is heading to America to compete in a major competition.
Ellie-Mae Bone, 17, and her teammates will travel to Orlando, Florida, for 10 days in April 2026 to take part in the Allstar World Cheerleading Championships.
Three teams from Hull’s JBCD Allstars club will compete against the best cheerleaders in the world during the popular event.
While the athletes and their parents will cover the cost of flights and accommodation, a fundraising committee has been formed to generate further funds and ensure the experience is the best it can be for those competing.
Fundraising activities include cake sales, a race night and a sponsored walk.

We’re delighted to have donated £250 towards Ellie-Mae’s fundraising efforts, which will help towards kit costs, and our Care Connection Partners and #feelthelove logos will be proudly displayed on their journey.
Ellie-Mae said: “I’m so grateful for the sponsorship from Care Connection Partners. It means everything.
“I’m really excited to go to America. It’s a whirlwind of emotions because I’m also nervous and scared.
“We’ve made up a new routine to meet the competition’s criteria and we’ll perfect it over the next few months.”
The cheerleaders are training hard for the competition at their club base in Chamberlain Road, east Hull, and have also competed in other competitions in Blackpool, Sheffield and Manchester.

The team will compete against the best in the world.
Ellie-Mae will travel to America with her parents, Annemarie and Matt, and sister Leila-Louise, 14, and any money raised by the teams will also pay for entry to an American cheerleading training camp.
Annemarie, the Activity Coordinator and Speaking Up Guardian at Foxglove, one of our amazing partners, said: “We’re so grateful to Care Connection Partners for the sponsorship.
“I love what the business does and they have the same values as Foxglove, going above and beyond to support people within the community. They genuinely care.
“The club has gone from strength to strength and we’re so proud of Ellie-Mae and everyone involved. I think the competition and the whole experience will blow them away.”
Deborah Stock, our Founder and Managing Director, said: “We’re wishing Ellie-Mae and all of her fellow cheerleaders the very best of luck for the competition and can’t wait to hear all about it.
“It’s our pleasure to support young talent and wonderful to see such enthusiasm.”
