• We ensure all staff are experienced in healthcare and legally compliant before placing them in any care facility.
• We pride ourselves on our honesty and customer care – we will never leave you waiting until the eleventh hour. If we can’t cover a shift for you, we’ll let you know in plenty of time, so you have the opportunity to explore other avenues.
• We listen to you. This results in a tailored package to suit your needs, whether it’s immediate one-off cover or a longer-term solution.
• You’ll receive a Care Connection Partners candidate profile including everything you need to know about the person supporting your team. There’s a picture, as well as DBS, right to work, Covid, reference and training information, which will support your record-keeping for CQC inspections.
• We’re available around the clock, seven days per week.
