We’re listening! Drop-in surgeries planned for staff and partners

We’ve planned two dedicated drop-in surgeries for our current staff and partners as we widen our work to open up conversations, broaden career horizons and change perceptions in the healthcare recruitment sector.
The opinions and feelings of everyone we work with truly matters and we want to continue to ensure the way we work together is open, honest, transparent and, most importantly, helpful and supportive.
Our #feelthelove ethos underpins every element of our business and we want our staff and partners to know our door is always open. The bottom line is – We’re listening!
The relaxed drop-in surgeries at our head office in Hull will offer staff and partners the chance to meet our whole team, ask any questions, share any concerns, offer ideas and learn more about potential career development such as apprenticeships.

They’ll also be able to enjoy refreshments and take away some fabulous goody bags full of Care Connection Partners #feelthelove branded merchandise.
The individual surgeries will take place on:
- Staff drop-in: Wednesday, September 10, 10am to 4pm
- Partners drop-in: Wednesday, September 24, 10am to 4pm
Deborah Stock, our Founder and Managing Director, said: “It’s so important to us that we support the health and social care sector as much as possible.
“We want people to feel comfortable to come and chat to us about any worries or concerns they may have and find out more about realising their own potential.
“There is definitely a shortage of skills and we need to make sure all of our staff have the necessary skills to carry out their jobs to the highest standard and progress if they wish.
“If they enjoy their work, they’ll encourage others to join our sector on a recommendation basis rather than endlessly recruiting.
“We want to show everyone what #feelthelove means and let them know we’re here to support them.”
Deborah said feedback helps to strengthen relationships and meet the needs of partners at the level they require.
Care Connection Partners is holding relaxed drop-in surgeries.
She said: “We want to change the face of recruitment agencies so we can change perceptions and make a difference in care homes and hospital settings. Feedback is imperative in how we move forward and we may hold these surgeries for potential new partners in the future.
“Everyone who attends will have an opportunity to look at our training facilities and talk to our staff about what their roles are, putting faces to the people they speak to on the phone every day, as we provide 5,000 hours of care per week.
“We strive to provide carers wherever they’re needed as smoothly as possible. They arrive with training at the highest level and can fit seamlessly into any team to suit and compliment the partners’ level of requirements.”
We look forward to welcoming current staff and partners to our head office at 13 Hessle Road, Hull, HU3 2AA, on September 10 and 24, respectively.
